How to Order:

Type or print orders clearly and be sure to give item # and description of item, quantity, price and size/color of each item. Louisiana Residents include 4% Sales Tax. Please allow sufficient funds to cover merchandise and shipping & insurance costs .

WE DO NOT PAY SHIPPING CHARGES. Any excess will be credited for use on future orders. Orders that are short of money will be sent C.O.D. with an added $ 9.00 C.O.D. fee. (See COD's section on following page for method of payments for COD's.) Please include your complete shipping address and daytime telephone number. If your mailing and shipping address are different, please be certain to specify on each order as this information is not stored in our computer. UPS will return boxes not addressed correctly which will result in extra cost to you. If UPS does find you at an address other than the one addressed to, they will charge for this service and this cost will be passed on to you. Any address correction charges from UPS will be billed to you. Note: Please order under the same name on every order to avoid confusion or duplication of files.

Telephone Orders:

Our office is open between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. CST Monday thru Friday. After regular hours we have an answering machine for your convenience. We are glad to take phone orders. Please have all of the required information BEFORE you call us. Our clerks are ready to take your orders as fast and accurately as possible. Telephone orders will be shipped C.O.D. (See COD's section on following page for method of payments for COD's.) or you may charge the order to your MasterCard, Visa Card, Discover Card, American Express, or Diners Club Card. Please be sure to clearly state your complete credit card number and expiration date on your order.

(All credit card purchases will be billed to you by the credit card company. For your records and convenience, we will send you a regular invoice showing date and amount of purchase. Inquiries regarding purchases, loss reports, ect., must be made to us.) WE DO NOT PAY SHIPPING CHARGES.

We cannot ship C.O.D. orders to Canada and other countries.
