If you receive a damaged package that was shipped by UPS, report the
damage to the UPS office listed in your telephone directory. Then call us
and we will replace the damaged items. The damage claim will be handled
between us and UPS, but you must call UPS first.
If you receive a damaged package that was shipped by Parcel Post, you
must take the package to your local post office for damage inspection and
processing. They will handle the claim with you.
Returned Packages-
By Carrier (UPS or USPS)
All orders returned to us because of: Wrong Address, Not in on
3 delivery attempts, No Money, Does not want, Refused,
Etc... will be assessed a handling fee of $5.00 plus the shipping charges.
This helps us defray the extra costs of packaging.
Packages Not Received
If you do not receive your order
within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We will be happy to
check on the status of your order or place a tracer on it for you. With the
new UPS tracking system, we have readily available to us UPS information by
computer. This can usually tell us where your package is, although sometimes
no information is available. If this is the case, then we can call UPS by
telephone and request an urgent tracer, which will sometimes speed things up
by alerting UPS that they may have misplaced a package.
