Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package that was shipped by UPS, report the damage to the UPS office listed in your telephone directory. Then call us and we will replace the damaged items. The damage claim will be handled between us and UPS, but you must call UPS first.          

     If you receive a damaged package that was shipped by Parcel Post, you must take the package to your local post office for damage inspection and processing. They will handle the claim with you.

 

Returned Packages-              

By Carrier (UPS or USPS)

All orders returned to us because of: Wrong Address, Not in on 3 delivery attempts, No Money, Does not want, Refused, Etc... will be assessed a handling fee of $5.00 plus the shipping charges. This helps us defray the extra costs of packaging.

Packages Not Received

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We will be happy to check on the status of your order or place a tracer on it for you. With the new UPS tracking system, we have readily available to us UPS information by computer. This can usually tell us where your package is, although sometimes no information is available. If this is the case, then we can call UPS by telephone and request an urgent tracer, which will sometimes speed things up by alerting UPS that they may have misplaced a package.

Shortages

Please inspect shipments at once upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies immediately. Please check all packing materials for missing items and invoice for possible back orders. Claims received after 10 days will not be honored.

 

COD's:

UPS no longer accepts cash for COD's. If you do not wish to disclose your micro numbers, you may pay UPS with a money order. If you have written us bad check in the past and are on our cash only list, your order will be sent for payment by a money order.

 

Rush Orders               

During the busy season (Nov. thru Feb.) please add $5.00 or 5% (whichever is greater) for Rush Orders. Ordinarily during less peak times we will put a rush on your order upon request without extra charges. Most orders will go out within 1-2 working days if all merchandise is in stock. Occasionally we will back order merchandise to prevent delays in shipping.

Foreign Customers  

Canadian or foreign customers, please note that postal requirements do not permit C.O.D. Orders to Canada or foreign countries. Please remit in full when ordering. ALL Canadian checks or money orders must be payable in U.S. Dollars or they will not be accepted. A $10.00 processing fee will be added to all foreign orders to countries other than Canada.
