Returning Merchandise
In the event that it is necessary to return an item, please put a note in with the return
explaining the reason and whether you want an exchange, refund or credit towards
another order. You pay the postage for returning products. No C.O.D.'S will be
accepted. Please insure all Parcel Post packages. UPS automatically insures up
to $100.00. NOTICE: All returns must be within 90 days from invoice date and a
copy of the original invoice must accompany the return! After 90 days there will be
a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are older than 3
years or are in bad condition. All merchandise must be in saleable condition. Articles
returned must be properly packed to insure against breakage in shipment as we
cannot issue a refund or credit on a form broken in shipment.

A few years ago we decided to become a more streamlined company to better meet the demand for our specialty products that are produced here at Touchstone’s. We will be continuing with our Bess Maid products, i.e. Bess Maid Preservative, Taxi-Friend (earbase), 4 in One LiquiMount, Hide Glue, as well as a few other items. Although we are no longer manufacturing forms here at Touchstone’s, we are pleased to announce that Touchstone forms are now manufactured by, and available through: Quality Taxidermy Supply of N. Their toll free Ph# is (888) 527-8722 We live and work in a dynamic time, participate in a global economy, and our industry, like many others, is feeling the effects of changes taking place across the world. The current economic situation worldwide is still very uncertain, but hopefully in 2009 we will see a stabilization that ultimately will impact the rising costs experienced during most of 2008. These increased cost were unprecedented; the largest impact to the total cost of our products ever. In response to this we have made a price adjustment on many of our products. We take these decisions very seriously, understanding that the consumer is the ultimate decision maker and is more sensitive to the cost of each purchase than ever before. This increase will only recoup a portion of the total increase we have already absorbed highlighting the importance of our continuing cost reduction initiatives. We do this knowing that it is important to you, our customer that Touchstones continues to maintain its viability as a reliable and innovative supplier.
